By submitting this application to Mamapreneurs Inc. you hereby attest that you have read and agree to the guidelines and terms of membership as stated on the Membership Info page thoroughly.

Again, your application will be reviewed and processed with 5-10 business days from the date submitted. Please note that if you wish to qualify for the lower Member rate for our meetings and events, you need to submit your application no less than 10 business days prior to that event or meeting to ensure adequate processing time. Should your new application be denied for any reason, your application fee will be refunded in its entirety within 10 business days from the date we send you notice of our application decision.
